Phone Number Tracking can be done with Google Tag Manager by firing an Event to Google Analytics every time someone clicks the phone number text on the site, which then opens up the phone app notification. In this video we are going to use GTM’s Auto-Event Tracking capabilities to build a Click Trigger, which transfers our data to Google Analytics.
